Up North Eating Sushi
Well, you may have guessed that I have been away. The last week I was in Vancouver, eating sushi, among other things.
But, before I left, we made a beautiful grilled skirt steak with a spicy tomato-ancho chile-onion-garlic sauce (all grilled and then put in the blender). We served it up with some grilled bread and lightly sauted zucchini and yellow carrots.
