Eating in isolation

It’s April and we’re stilling sheltering in place. Some food from the last couple weeks.

Mango-cilantro salsa.
Salmon steaks with mango-cilantro salsa, and a side of left-over bread.

Oven-roasted ratatouilles- onions & green beans.

And cherry tomatoes.




Tofu.

Stir-fried with kal and bell pepper.
