Yellow Cauliflower?

What to do with yellow (or is it orange?) cauliflower? The color is quite striking.
Found this recipe on Epicurious: Orecchette with Cauliflower Il Melograno.

The best part was no trip to the store was needed. It was fairly tasty, too. The breadcrumbs add a nice texture.
