Yes, we've been eating in January!



The new year is always busy. Thus, not much time to blog. But rest assured, we are eating!
And eating plenty. This year, we've decided to try more whole grains, such as the farro dish above, which also included potatoes, carrots, garlic, tomato paste, and a nice helping of feather-light parmesan cheese.


This was one of our standbys with kale, whole wheat pasta, and parmesan. Yummy.
