Making Stock (& Mole)

Roasted chicken = chicken stock. Sunday work.
For dinner, we had the rest of the roasted chicken with mole negro de Oaxaca thawed from the freezer (dinner for foodie guests a few weeks ago), grilled corn, salad, tortillas, and chianti. Not bad for mostly left-overs and $1 for corn.
