Mmm... Salmon and Spinach - Thanks iPhone!

Beautiful salmon filet, quick fried on the stove and then baked in the oven to finish. This was served on top of very quickly wilted spinach, and then drizzled with a tasty soy-chili-lime-honey-sauce. Dave found this recipe using the Epicurious app on his iPhone on the way home!
