Eating more fish!


We have been trying to eat more fish for the healthy omega-3's low-fat protein. Dave found this recipe in FineCooking for tuna with a rather unusual salsa: https://www.finecooking.com/recipe/grilled-tuna-with-parsley-caper-sauce.

We used swordfish steaks from our go-to fish market, Tokyo Fish, in place of the tuna, but otherwise followed recipe. It was very good and unexpectedly fresh tasting with the salsa. I had the leftover salsa a few days later on something else and it was still tasty, but not as fresh seeming.
