We had the delightful experience of going to a pop-up dinner with friends in SF prior to the COVID-19 shelter-in-place order. I read somewhere that there will be a new BC (Before Coronavirus, and an AC after coronavirus...) The pop-up is IchidoSF with Chef Geoffrey Reed, who is not only a wonderful chef, but also a really nice guy. The dinner was at a sake factory in SF! Who knew there was one?
Sequoia Sake - yummy pairings with the seafood-forward meal!
Here are the lovely courses we enjoyed.

Hm, apparently I ate the panna cotta before I could get a picture! It was creamy and tropical!
