Tofu stirfry


Keeping in the spirit of less red meat, we experimented with a little tofu from Hodo Foods the other night. We used the organic braised firm tofu flavored with Chinese five-spice. Stirfried it with onions, garlic, jalapeños, and bok choi. Served atop brown rice made in record time in the InstaPot - wow, I couldn't believe it was done in 12 minutes. Maybe we can say goodbye to the Zojirushi? 😢
