what to make when there's a salmon & rice shortage

Okay, so there is no rice shortage in the US, but there is a salmon shortage. This salmon is from Canada and it was delicious. It was grilled, along with the asparagus and very expensive lemons. (Is there a lemon shortage? Why do they cost 90 cents?!) The rice is wild rice with assorted dried mushrooms.
