But wait - still more beans!

You didn't think we were done with the beans (from the giant vat of pork and beans), did you? Well, ha-ha-ha, you'd be wrong!


This time we got a little salmon fillet, baked it up nice, and served it atop bean puree. Well, not fully pureed, but atop beans.


We served the salmon and beans along side a refreshing green salad with peeled grapefruit - yes, peeled grapefruit! I am crazy.
