Pork and Beans

A fine Sunday's stew of various beans: white beans, garbanzo beans, and possibly some other kinds of beans, too. Lots of beans. Oh, and a huge hunk of pork shoulder. All simmered real low most of the day. Topped with fresh green onion and lemon zest for pizazz.


We made some skillet corn bread for accompaniment. Yumm.
