Steak!
I had steak on the brain for a few days and finally stopped in at our local butcher and saw some nice-looking ribeyes. Grabbed a couple of those and we cooked 'em up nice and rare, accented with garlic and a little lemon zest on top. Paired it with a green salad of romaine, avocado, tomato, and cucumber. It was delicious! Have I mentioned I'm a confirmed carnivore? Yumm!
