leftover pumpkin stew - yumm!

Okay, I thought I'd focus on the salad since there were about a million photos from the pumpkin & lamb stew last night. Scroll down, you'll see. So, yes, leftover stew and a mixed green salad with a little added parsley and satsuma orange slices. A few slices ciabatta and evoo on the side.

So, what do people think? Like the pictorial cooking demonstration from Sunday? Let me know.
Mind you, we do have day jobs, so I can't promise it will happen every time, but maybe weekends.

Question number 2 for all my 2 loyal readers: what to do with leftover pumpkin flesh? Yes, there's still more pumpkin. Quite a bit in fact. We thought we could maybe do ravioli, but at least two problems come immediately to mind: 1, it doesn't really use much pumpkin, and 2, it's a lot of work for a weeknight & we are out of practice making pasta. Maybe that's three problems.
