Mmm, Lorene, you were so right: leeks & parsnips are a great combination. We made your recipe, suggested from an earlier post, and it is yummalicious.We served it with some grilled spinach and feta sausage from Aidell's and mixed-green salad with heirloom cherry tomatoes.
