Easy Pizza
Easy with Massimo's pre-made crust and marinara sauce (from Planet Organics)! This reminds me of making pizza when I was a kid growing up the U.P. My dad would thaw out the pizza dough and spread it on the pan to form a crust. Then we'd ladle on sauce from a jar and mushrooms from a can. That was back when I didn't like mushrooms. I preferred hot dogs on my pizza. Hot dogs and nothing else except cheese and tomato sauce. Mushrooms from a can - just not as good as the real thing.
Last night, sadly, we didn't have any mushrooms, which I now love in nearly every shape, size and texture. But we did have left-over chicken from the roasted chicken on Sunday. And a few olives, some fresh spinach leaves, and a little bit of cheese. A sort of middle-eastern type pizza. Pretty tasty.

Catching up on your blog a bit late...love it though! Hot dogs on pizza, huh? Must be a Michigan thing--Patrick just did that last night!! Your middle eastern version sounds much better!
