Year of the Pig-Crab-Cow
We saw the last of 2007 last night and it looked like this:
Dinner looked like this:
Cajun-rubbed filet mignon stuffed with dungeness crab and wrapped in bacon, pan-grilled. Yumm: pig-crab-cow! Served this with the requisite southern favorites: truffled bourbon sweet potatoes and fried collard greens.
