pasta with spinach

Yep, another pasta night. This time an unusual pasta made with some kind of artichoke and an unusual type of spinach called Bloomsdale which seems like a cross between spinach and kale. Very good! Also, a little bell pepper, spring onions, and shaved parmesan - of course.
