Artichoke Season!

Do artichokes have a season? They must. Because they're showing up all over the place now.
Our favorite prep: grilled! So yummy...
We had a little green salad with tomatoes and some crostini and sliced salami as sides to the artichokes. Oh, and "lemonaise" for dipping! And a lovely white wine for accompaniment.
