steak, it's what's for dinner

Skirt steak marinated in lime, garlic, and whiskey. Served it with roasted purple potatoes (don't photograph well) and tossed green & red salad with home-made croutons.

  2. A bit of Marker's Mark that was in the cupboard - probably could have marinated a bit longer, but was pretty good none-the-less.
