potato leek gratin & fish pockets
Autumn weather means dinner from the oven. We've got leeks from Planet Organics, so we made leek & potato gratin, slightly modified from a recipe on their site to add a little white wine & parmesan cheese. Smells awesome while cooking. Also, we did not pre-cook the leek - just sliced it real thin.
Anyway, the funny tin-foil pods next to it are fish pockets - in this case it is basa-basa filet with a little lemon, olive, caper, leek & splash of white wine.
Added some green beans for color and it looked like this:
