we love kale

Kale? It's what's for dinner.

We made lacinato kale and ricotta salata salad - another recipe from my good friend Reenie.
Admittedly, we added a little extra cheese as several of the reviewers suggested. We had this with a hearty multi-grain bread. You'd be surprised to know - you *can* eat kale raw! And you might actually enjoy it!
