October 10 Risotto in the Rain

Okay, so I had to upload last night's pic tonight. But here is tonight's dinner.
Risotto with roasted chicken shredded on the top. Dave's creation. Basic risotto recipe with a dash of fresh thyme and basil sprinkled on top. Arugala and spinach salad with a (gasp) store-bought "French Vinaigrette" dressing.
