But this was a recipe I found on a new food blog at the NYTimes - Bitten by Mark Bittman. Actually, it was technically in his column The Minimalist which I went to from his blog, but anyway, the point is: this was an actual RECIPE, not the usual "what's in the frig and how can we make it into a meal?" approach we do most weeknights. We served it with a green side salad and some sliced avocado and garlic crostini. Was delicous!
