vegetarians step back
Okay, we're going on vacation and so we had to finish off the beets among other delicious veggies. Mmm... New York strip with some roasted mushrooms and nice green salad with arugula, tomatoes, a little goat cheese.
Yep, that's right. We are off on vacation. This will be the last post for a week to 10-days, depending on what happens.
But, remember to check back because we are now in possession of a much nicer camera - something other than a point and click and we hope to learn how to use it on our trip!
Plus, we may have some great photos to post from Mexico!
