fish tacos with slaw and mango salsa

You know you want some!

These were surprisingly easy - a recipe adapted from the sfgate here, using escolar in place of halibut. We also didn't use any mayo in our cabbage slaw - nice and fresh that way. Made up a real quick mango salsa that was amazing - cubed mango, minced fresh ginger (added a nice spiciness), chopped cilantro, chopped spring onion, lime juice, and a couple cherry tomatoes for color. Also mashed up an avocado for a spoon of guacamole to put on the tacos.
