steak and salsa
Well, it seems we are becoming quite the carnivores - another delicious steak. This was my "reward" for biking to work yesterday. Pretty good reward, too: beautiful ribeye from the Ferry Building, cooked according to a method from Mark Bitten (click here for link to his blog). We also had some roasted red potatoes and a little salsa/tomato relish on a bed of spinach.
