grill time!

Confession: we have an old grill. This grill is from the previous century and we acquired it second-hand from a dot-bomb fall-out. So when the propane runs out, we have to go to the special propane place to get it re-filled and this is an outing. Well, last weekend, we re-filled the old tank and completed a number of other vital missions: re-stocking the black pepper corns, visiting the Mexican market, shopping for tile.

So, when we received beautiful organic asparagus in our vegetable box, I picked up a lovely Niman Ranch skirt steak and knew it was time to grill. Mmmm...
