Of course, it's so easy to make and so rich, I can't really imagine making a lot of it ahead of time. But I suppose any time savings is always good.

The really fun trick with the brown-butter sage is to first grind a little sea salt and a little parmesan onto the pasta. Then pour the butter over top and listen for it to crackle. Quite fun!
