leek & mushroom pasta a la Kristine

Thanks to Kristine for giving us this recipe, which was very easy & very tasty:

As advertised, it's leek, wild mushrooms (shitake, crimini, several kind of button) and half 'n' half on pasta.

Oh, and a little parmesan to top it off.
