Winter means cabbage

Green cabbage, chicken sausage, a little pasta (and in the case of Dave's pictured here - a hot Hawaiian chili) make for a comforting winter meal.

Okay, maybe it's just me, but cooked cabbage does not photograph well.
Maybe I need to work on that.
